We want you to be completely satisfied with Quastra. If you're not happy with our Pro subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Refund Eligibility
- Available for first-time Pro subscribers only
- Must be requested within 14 days of initial payment date
- One refund per customer account
- Does not apply to subscription renewals (only initial purchase)
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@quastra.io with your account email
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via Paddle
Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings
- After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for cancellations made after the 14-day guarantee period
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time
Exceptions
- Accounts engaged in fraudulent activity or Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account termination
